If you need to email us your RSD file for examination,
Look at this screen shot
and then follow these instructions.
- You can send me the file by following a few simple steps
1 - Save the RSD file that you use to program the radio
2 - Go to the location for the file, RIGHT CLICK it and then
chose to "Send File"... and select "email"
3 - If you need to locate the file, use the FILES menu and look
on the one that says "RSD file used last".
It shows the complete path / location
4 - Email the file to this address
