This is the location for a utility that will register the "missing ocx".
        (  Flp32a30.ocx   )

SOMEtimes, Flp32a30.ocx will not register. 

If that is the case, then these two files must be
"registered" prior to attempting to register the Flp32a30.ocx.
        ATL.DLL
        MSVCRT.DLL

You may have to use the Windows "search" or "Find" function to locate these, but normally they are in the c:\windows\system folder. Usually the ATL.DLL is the one that needs the "registering".

Once you register the   ATL.DLL (and) MSVCRT.DLL

Then use Twins Register on the "Flp32a30.ocx" and that should do it.

99.9% of the time this is the "cure", but if that still doesn't fix it, then let me know and we can proceed from there.
