DCF 77 (Time)

DCF77 is the callsign of a German Time Signal on 77.5kHz. Using a drop in transmitter power of 6dB to denote a data bit, it provides for an accurate source of frequency and time. Unlike the British MSF signal on 60kHz, DCF77 never goes off air, thus offering a very reliable and always available standard source.
