This tutorial applies to either Radio Shack or Uniden Scanners - Watch this one after you have viewed Tutorials 1-2 or 3. This is a continuation of the Basics of Database creation and management. (Tutorial 2) and shows how to program your Scanner using the Mr. Scanner FCC 50 state database such as found on our ''Combo CD'' package or Mr Scanner FCC CD-ROM. This video shows several different ways to search the FCC CD Rom, place the found frequencies into the 10 banks of the database, and then how to program them into your scanner.
