This is a continuation of the Basics of Database creation and management. This tutorial concentrates on merging several ''RSD databases'' together into one ''Master Database''. RSD files are only included in our "Packages" or on the COMBO CD You can merge any number of RSD files together, then use the newly created "Master File" to program your radio RSD FILES ARE ONLY A SAMPLING OF A COUNTY. For a complete database of ALL frequencies you should use the Mr. Scanner FCC Database (See Video Tutorial #4 for how to use)
