This tutorial explains in detail how to transfer the frequencies from a scanner. How to read the frequencies from a Uniden Scanner and save them as a ''Personal RSD file'' to your Hard Drive. How to change to another scanner radio - load the saved frequency file and program any other scanner that accepts computer programming
For demonstration this video shows reading frequencies from a BCD996T,
and then using that data to program both a Radio Shack PRO-197 and a Uniden BCD396T
