General description
The pitch filter changes the sampling rate but remains the same time scale. Note this is not the same as decimation or interpolation. The user can change the pitch using the slider or edit box in the following dialog. The pitch values can be between 0.5 and 2.

Pitch %
This is the new sampling rate compared to the original (>1 means higher and <1 means lower frequency). Resolution is very coarse and this is useable with audio applications.
Pitch %%
The scroll bar is meant for fine tuning sampling rate. This is usable for example with FAX decoders, which are very sensitive for sampling rate.
