Mr. Scanner CD Fixes for Jet 4.0 error
Microsoft failed to include all the necessary files on your computer to run all of their programs. That is the case with the Jet 4.0 that works with Microsoft Access which drives the Mr. Scanner CDs.
If you get an error saying, "Microsoft Jet 4.0 not registered on local machine" you need to do the following:
