How much RAM do you have? We require 512 Megs to properly operate the program, 256 Meg may "do", but sometimes when clicking on "Program radio", this is the symptom if too many other programs are running at the same time.

If you have a number of other programs running, try shutting some of them down until you can then get to the "Program Radio" screen. Depending on the radio you have, the "database grids" can consume a lot of extra "ram/memory".

it will only go to the first page the part where i pick my scanner and com port ...and then when i click accept...and try to program radio it will not open at all
any suggestions
