Hi

Here's what I would suggest

1 - If you go to your browser, under TOOLS, you will see "Downloads", and there you should see the downloaded file, and you can then choose to "open folder" where the file is locataed

2 - I RESET YOUR DOWNLOAD STATUS SO THAT YOU NOW HAVE 3 MORE DOWNLOADS.
Make sure the settings on your BROWSER are set to "ask where to save download". THIS way, you can place the download where YOU want it to go, and where you can FIND it.

i can not get this program to work ,don teven know where to begin i
downloaded something i have no idea where it went i looked in dockuments not
there.i am not a daytime person this might be a problem
