But, the only exception is the PRO92/PRO-2067 - which is very very old now. (About 1995)
 We could never get the Manufacturer  (GRE) to provide us the complete protocol, 
 Not to mention that GRE is no longer in business over 2 years now, so it's a moot point.

So basically, there's no  real way to produce a program without the full doc

I think there is some free software on the internet, just use Google to search by "PRO-92 software"
