Sorry, As far as we know the only software is "Icom's". We signed a contract and "NDA" etc with Icom over a year ago. When they sent us the "computer commands", they did not include the part for programming the memories. We asked them to provide us that part too, and (basically) they refused to give it out, saying "Japan" will not let them as it is "proprietary".

We carried on a dialog for about 8-10 months with no progress. They still refused to license what we needed.  So without that portion, our software would be crippled, and we could not support all of the radio's features.

FYI - We purchased a PCR-1500 and remote head in June of 2006. Signed their NDA and License agreement. Still nothing. So after our last communications with Icom in July of 2007 (same refusal), we sold it on Ebay - as it is pointless - unless Icom changes their mind.
