Sorry, but no. To do this would require TWO radios. One to listen to the control channels and the other for reception of the active signals. In addition there would have to be a digital to analog device/interface that could decode all the data channel information. Considering the price of ONE PCR1000, let alone TWO (and) the interface, you could purchase several Trunking radios such as the BC796 and still not spend the entire cost.
