Most likely the "autorun" feature on your computer has been disabled. The feature looks for the file "autorun.exe" when the CD is placed into your computer, and the cd drawer isclosed

To run the autorun file
1-RIGHT CLICK on START
2-choose WINDOWS EXPLOR2
3-click on the drive letter associated with your CD
( usually DRIVE D:)
3-locate the application file "autorun.exe"
and DOUBLE click on it
4- THAT should run the "Installation program"
