If you have the correct frequencies, and once they are verified to be programmed into the BCD996 radio, then you need to determine if they are ANALOG or DIGITAL.

Here are a couple of screenshots of that area

If it is a DIGITAL system, then choose "MOT-P25 Digital"

If it is NOT DIGITAL, then it is usually the "MOT TypeII 800"

If you still don't receive anything, then it could be the system is NOT a Motorola system and could be either EDACS or LTR

If EDACS, first choose EDACS Wide.

Beyond that, maybe your best option would be to call Hobby Radio (937-299-7226) and ask them if they could program the radio FOR you for a fee, considering you're possible inability to do it yourself

Best regards
