oK, Let's approach this one CD at a time.

1 - MR. Scanner
- Put the CD in your computer drive, Immediately Hold Down the SHIFT KEY
    (Usually) this will abort the "autorun error messages".
- Once that stops, RIGHT CLICK on the START and choose "Explore"
- Navigate to the CD folder and look for the file
     "Setup_MrScanner-FCC-DatabaseFiles.exe"
        Rum "it" -      IT should install ok
- Once that is installed, everything will then be on your hard drive
   and you won't need the CD, unless you have to reinstall it in the future.

2 - RSD Files
- Put the RSD CD in your computer drive, Immediately Hold Down the SHIFT KEY
    (Usually) this will abort the "autorun error messages".
- Once that stops, RIGHT CLICK on the START and choose "Explore"
- Navigate to the CD folder and look for the file
     "Setup_RSD-DatabaseFiles.exe"
        IT should run ok
- Once that is installed, everything will then be on your hard drive
   and you won't need the CD, unless you have to reinstall it in the future.

I did not try the Scancat-Lite Plus CD since I had already downloaded the program and it is operating well.

The two I had problems with are Nat-Com RSD Frequency CD $10.00 and Mr. Scanner 2012.
